Well it's really hard to have a fun Memorial Day when your awaiting tests results wether you have cancer or not but Ben tried to get my mind off it for just a little while. It has gotten really hot here so we enjoyed some time at our pool. Most of you know already that I do have cancer, Papillary Thyroid Cancer to be specific. I meet with my surgeon this Wednesday and Tuesday the 9th I go in for my surgery. I am just praying it hasn't spread anymore than it already has. I am anxious to get on with my life, I want this over and done with so I can resume being a mom and wife. I'm a very active person and I now live my life from the couch to my bed. I don't wish this on anyone. I know my Heavenly Father loves me and my family. I know he will see me through this. I'm trying to stay positive but I definitely have my moments, I have cancer, that's scary to say. Thank you to all my family and friends who have shown so much love and concern for me. I am truly blessed. Thank You for fasting in my behalf and your prayers as well, I love you all.

We had a wonderful Easter Sunday. We went to church and following that we went over to our wonderful friends house the Kellogg's to have dinner and of course an Easter Egg Hunt! The kids had a great time. We had a lot of land to work with. Ben hid the three older kids egg's. It took Briggs(Kellogg's 13 year old son) 50 minutes to find his. Ben was having so much fun taunting them. We had a lot of fun!! Hope you enjoy these pics.

Baseball Time!!!
Carson just started baseball again. This is his last year for Coach Pitch. He played his first game last Friday and they won 21-3. They have a really good team this year. This is one of his favorite sports! May I add how cute his little bum is in his baseball pants!! He is going to get mad at me for saying that!
Kaylee's Birthday
Kaylee turned the big 11 years old! Wow how time is flying. Just in another years time she'll be going into Young Women's, that's just crazy to think about. We only do friend birthday parties every other year and this was her friend party this year. So we went to what is called "The Painted Plate" where the girls could pick out what kind of Pottery they wanted and then they get to paint it. Then they have to wait a week for their pottery because they have to put a glaze on it and then bake it so they couldn't take it home that day. So were excited to pick them up to see how they all turned out. It was really fun. When the girls were done Kaylee opened their gifts and we had some cupcakes and wished her a Happy Birthday. Hope you enjoy her special day with these pics.
Monkey See, Monkey Do
So here's my boys!! You can obviously see how much of a influence Carson is on Canyon. Canyon wants to do everything he sees his big brother doing. It's a classic case of "Monkey See, Monkey Do." Carson always uses his pant belt loops to act as a sword sheath. Well Canyon has figured this out and won't wear pants without his belt loops because he can't put his make shift stick sword in his pants! Then they were off with there sword fight!!!
Pretty cute, they sure do love each other. Heaven help me with the other things Canyon wants to follow.

Cory Visits
I was so excited when Cory told me he was coming here to visit us. He came for work and he flew to Austin on Monday and spent the week there for work. On Friday he drove down to San Antonio which is only about a hour n half drive. He arrived Friday early afternoon. After Ben got home we ordered pizza and then we took him on the town. We showed him the temple and where Ben's corporate office is. Then we went and got ice cream. Then the next day, Ben and I got to spend Valentine's Day with my dear brother. We went to the Alamo during the day with the kids. Then that night we got a babysitter and spent the night on the town. We took him to the famous "Rudy's". Ok here I thought we still could go somewhere, somewhat romantic but nope Cory wanted to try out the true Texas food. So at Rudy's its truly a Cowboy Dinner, so much for any romance!! You get a tray and they slab a bunch of meat on it give ya couple of sides in some plastic bowls and give you a half loaf of bread and call it good!! I have to admit the ribs were fantastic!! Ben and Cory loved it. Some what Barbaric but the guys loved it!! Then we made our way to the famous Riverwalk. We took the boat ride and it was great. We loved having him!
Here is a picture of us at the Alamo if anyone didn't know what that was!!

Here we are on the boat ride down the RiverWalk.

Down on the same street as the Alamo is the Museum of the Guinness World Record, so you tell me what they are standing by?I think it's pretty self explanatory!!

Taylor Swift
So for Christmas Kaylee got Taylor Swift Concert ticket from Ben and I. For those of you who don't know who Taylor Swift is, she is a young Country Singer and Kaylee loves her and sings all of her songs. Well the concert was the day after Canyon's Surgery!! Since I was still so sick Ben had to step in and take her to the concert. I felt sooo bad that I couldn't take my daughter to her first concert and I myself was looking forward to going with her but other than that, she had a great time with her dad. She was able to get all dressed up and I did her hair; she looked so cute. She had a great time with her daddy!!
Daddy and I enjoying the Concert!! For those who don't know this is my dads first time at a concert, lucky him!! He gets to see Taylor Swift and
