Dinner with Kelloggs

Here are some pics of my best bud Lynette and her husband Greg.
They have become like family to us. They have four kids. They moved here 3 years ago from Mesa Arizona. Just enjoying a night out together and snapping shots at the restaurant with her new camera. For those of you who don't know you can double click any picture to enlarge it.

Birthday

Well if anyone doesn't know I turned the big 30 on Jan 10th. I have to admit I really have had a hard time with this. I think the reason why is I thought to myself what my thirties will bring me and 2 out of my three kids will graduate and be moving on without me. I think thats why I have struggled a little bit about turning 30. Then it comes to mind what am I going to do with myself! Well I haven't figured it out yet but its defiantly on my mind. So here are some of my pics from my birthday. Ben took the kids for the good part of the morning and I stayed home with Canyon. Then after lunch we had cake and ice cream and opened presents. Later that night Ben and I went out on the town!! All in all it was a good day. I am kinda of going stir crazy because Canyon and I are stuck in the house until he has his surgery. Yes that's right were going 3 for 3 with Canyon needing to get tubes and Adenoid removal. The doctors have asked me to not take him anywhere until the surgery because he has been so sick not just with ear infections but bronchial infections as well. He has been put on a nebulizer twice now. So Im working out at night and not going to church because he can't be at any type of daycare or nursery. His surgery date is Feb 9th. Ya, two more weeks.

Motorcross

Carson got motor cross tickets from us for Christmas and Ben and Carson were able to go last night.  They had a blast so here are some pictures of that.

We had a wonderful Christmas.  The only thing is I'm not use to doing everything from the cooking, to making neighbor gifts, Kaylee's Class Christmas Party, shopping, wrapping, getting skits prepared, to more shopping and more cooking.  Every time I went to sit I felt like taking a nap!! Exhausting but fun.  I was trying to stay busy since we didn't have any family here.  I didn't want to think to much.  Hope you enjoy our pics.
